They're alphabetical except for Bracken and Rebecca who are at the top - like they should be. Beech	Comfrey's brother killed by Rune

Bindle	Second oldest original elder - killed by Rune and Mandrake
Bran	Siabod mole
Brome	Pasture elder. Died in the Midsummer massacre
Boswell	Uffington scribemole
Burrhead	Bracken's father. Died in the Midsummer massacre
Cairn	Pasture mole. Rebecca's 1st mate. Killed by Mandrake
Celyn	Siabod mole
Coltsfoot	Comfrey's brother killed by Rune
Comfrey	Bracken and Rue's son. Looked after by Rebecca. Later a healer
Curlew	Marshender. Looked after Rebecca after Mandrake killed Cairn's litter
Curlew(2)	Bracken and Rebecca's daughter
Dogwood	Original North side elder
Hulver	Original elder (oldest) killed by Rune and Mandrake
Mandrake	Siabod born senior elder. Rebecca's father
Medlar	Fighter from the North
Mekkins	Original elder - North side. Died of plague
Merton of Uffington	Elder and teacher
Mullion	Pasture mole trapped in the drainage ditch when Bracken first encounters Boswell. Died in the Midsummer massacre
Nightshade	East side female. Rune's sidekick
Oxlip	Female who resisted henchmoles' attempts at mating and escaped to the Marsh End but died in the Midsummer massacre
Pipple	Comfrey's brother. Killed by Rune for having a silly name
Quire	Uffington's librarian
Rebecca the Healer	Historic figure
Root	Bracken's elder brother
Rose the Healer	Lone healer mole of Duncton
Rose	Bracken and Rebecca's daughter
Rue	Bracken's 1st mate. Turned out of her tunnels by Mandrake for Rebecca
Rune	Westsider elder
Sarah	Mandrake's mate - Rebecca's mother - killed by owls
Skeat	Boswell's master
Stonecrop	Cairn's brother. Died of plague
Tryfan	Bracken and Rebecca's son
Violet	Comfrey's sister. Died of plague
Wheatear	Bracken's sister
Y Wrach	"The Witch" Mandrake's adopted mother
